
My name is Lindsey Malloy and I am the Director at Redeemer by the Sea Kindergarten and Preschool. I have been with Redeemer since 2010 and continue to share my passion for children and helping them develop into the best people they are meant to be. I am originally from the Bay Area, where I received my BA in Psychology at San Francisco State University and then moved to San Diego to obtain my Multiple Subject Teaching Credential. When I am not sharing my passion, I am enjoying time with my husband and three children (two daughters and one son). I feel incredibly blessed to be a part of this beautiful community and look forward to continue to grow with our Redeemer family!

My name is Rhonda Sutherlin and I joined the staff of Redeemer Kindergarten & Preschool as the Office Coordinator in mid-July, 2016. In addition, I have been the Sunday School Director for the past 14 years and a member of Redeemer by the Sea Lutheran Church for 17 years. Prior to joining the staff, I worked in the life insurance and securities industry for over 25 years. I graduated from Iowa Central Community College with an AA in Business Administration and have completed and received accreditation in Early Childhood Development. I feel really blessed to be working with the children and families at Redeemer.

My name is Janice Bitner and I have been working with children since I moved from Brazil in 2004. I received my ECE credential in 2015 at Mira Costa College. In addition, I received my Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Brazil and have taken extension classes in Finance from UCSD. Portuguese is my native language and English is my second language.

My name is Danielle Goodwin and I am blessed and excited to be a part of the Redeemer Family for a 6th year. I am a military spouse, originally from Louisiana with a Masters Degree in Elementary Education and a certified school teacher in the State of California. I have been a teacher for 10 years ranging from Preschool to 5th Grade and a para professional two years.
I am a mom of three amazing children and two adorable fur babies. Yes, my dogs are my babies! I am blessed to have the opportunity to teach each and every student that walks through my classroom doors. My main goal is for the students to feel loved, important, listened to and cared for while receiving an education. My name is Violetta Kolivayko and am starting my 3rd year at Redeemer as a Preschool Teacher. I have been working in the education field for the past 7 years and am thankful for the opportunity to work in such a loving environment.
I was born in Ukraine and moved to America at the age of 5. I speak Russian and English and come from a family of 6 and have a twin brother. My favorite things to do are travel, read and enjoy big family meals! I am thrilled and excited to be a part of the Redeemer Family.

My name is Joy Lee, and I am a TK Assistant Teacher. I am a San Diego native and currently live in Carlsbad. I am so blessed to be able to do my two favorite things, teaching children as well as sharing my love for gardening with them. My name is Tori Panacek and I am very excited to be teaching my 7th year at Redeemer Kindergarten and Preschool. I grew up in Minnesota and moved to northern California and eventually settled in San Diego, which I consider home! I have a deep love for this city and all that it has to offer developing minds. I have been in the Early Childhood Education field for 11 years and have truly enjoyed every moment. I received my ECE certificate from Mira Costa College in 2016 and am currently working towards receiving my credentials to teach in elementary school.

My name is Shalee Pelletier, and I am a Preschool Teacher at Redeemer Kindergarten and Preschool. I have been educating young minds for 12 years. This is my 5th year at Redeemer and I am so excited for all that is in store for this year. I enjoy children so much that I acquired my ECE units from Palomar College and am currently in the process of receiving a BA in
Human Development and Counseling Services from California State University San Marcos.
I am so delighted to work at a faith-based school that allows you to pray and thank God for all

My name is Liliana Perez, and I am a Preschool Teacher at Redeemer Kindergarten. I have been working with children since I was 15 years old volunteering at my church in the Children's Ministry, this is when I knew I wanted to be a teacher as it is a true passion of mine. I have been working in a school setting since 2015 and joined the Redeemer staff in 2017.
Although I was born and raised here in San Diego, my family is from Ensenada Baja California, which I love to visit when I'm not working or in school.

My name is Bonnie Shanahan and I am starting my 18th year as a Preschool Teacher at Redeemer Kindergarten and Preschool. I have been a member of Redeemer by the Sea Lutheran Church for 30 years and have taught Sunday School there for 25 years.

My name is Taylor Sherreitt and I joined the Redeemer Family in 2010 as a Preschool Teacher.
I feel fortunate and blessed to teach at Redeemer Kindergarten and Preschool alongside an incredible and supportive group of teachers and staff. I am thankful for the opportunity to work in such a nurturing, loving environment, where children can learn and experience new challenges that will help them build their confidence while they play.
In my spare time, I love riding my bike to the beach with my husband (who is also a teacher), traveling, reading, playing the ukulele and cuddling with our son Julian.
